A few days ago I made the decision to pull the butternut plant. Every single butternut that I pollinated this year and the bees aborted! I don't know what happened because I've never had that issue before. Maybe it was over fertilized but not 100% sure. Strange. Definitely spent a lot of work on the plant but it happens! I will give it another go next year!
