Little Ketchup

Grittyville, WA

The 1640 Lital will be the keeper unless something goes wrong. The larger 1334 Sestak is wilting for some reason, plus my daughter wants to grow the Soozette seed.

I propped the vine tip of the 1448 up, with the pumpkin atop the milk jug. This is to give the pumpkin a better start (and maybe get a pallet under it). The milk jug is full of water so it will sit like a brick but be better than a brick, maybe?

Also on the 1448, I dead-ended the vine. There's a female on a strong secondary for a backup, plus I concluded that converting this plant to a full size patch was not realistic and it had already run out of space in that direction... 150 sq ft isnt much space to fill.

I thought about it, and I think a pumpkin at just 8' out may work? There weren't any others later on that I could see. The long range weather forcast is favorable for a May pollination on this plant!
