            | Brooks B | Ohio | I have this seed and was wondering what color the 1028 Hester"01 was, and did it produce any Squash?

The father of the 1028 Hester was the 986 Hester, was it a squash? Any info would be helpful,

 Thanks,
 Brooks

            | owen o | Knopp, Germany | Hi Brooks,
the 1028 was light/cream colored and to the best of my knowledge did not produce any squash, only light/cream progeny.

the 986 was a true dark green squash. i guess the 1028 picked up more of the 1026 genes whose father was the 935 Lloyd and I believe it has traditionaly passed on light/cream colored genes.
