            | Gourdzilla | San Diego, Ca. | If you grew a 950.4 Boyton, did your plant exhibit good heat tolerance? I would consider good heat tolerance to mean that the plant did NOT flag in temps of 95°- 105°.If your area does not get that hot then at least was your 950 the most tolerant to heat?
 What is your experience?

            | pumpkinpal2 | Syracuse, NY | i cannot myself say about the heat-handling characteristics of the plant, as we did not get that hot here in NY this past year, that i can recall, anyway.probably maxed-out this year AT 95! i never saw my 950.4
flagging EVER, but like i said it only got not so hot.
 i grew a 575 trouble-free fruit on it,
my 575 (X 767 Catapano), and can say that the plant is a very user-friendly one.
it grew the 1032 (Don Quijote) Perez i think in '03,
(Spain) and Ben Boyton (Boily) himself is growing it right now, and he DOES have some 100-105 temps in his neck of the woods! (Australia)
check both of those diaries for more info...eg
