Appalachian Mtns.

The 1225 Jutras progeny is averaging 10% heavy. They're not as bright as the 1225 itself, but more progeny under it's belt in the future will be a better determinator.

801.5 Stelts 97 produced a 472lbs pumpkin for me this year that was est. at 419lbs so it was 12.5% over the chart. It was a brilliant, shiny orange color with a very glossy skin.
I crossed it with the 1016 Daletas 01.

Forgot to mention that I also had a very orange one off the 845 Bobier that went 18% heavy and one on the 783 Daletas that went 15.5% heavy.
The 582 Hester was also nice orange but not much over the chart.
However, these 3 were not as glossy as the 801.5 Stelts pumpkins but also nice orange.

I also tried your 627. It produced my 729.5 that was estimated at (around) 699. It was light orange and quite semetrical.

869.5 calai threw a beautiful orange fruit for me that was 14% heavy at 627 lbs. Very late pollination, on a powdery mildew ridden plant.

I grew a 516 pound,a 350 pound and a 200 pumpkin on the same plant.They were all a great orange color with a nice round shape.They were grown from a 846 Calai 1999 offspring that I bought from P&P Seed co.

Bart's 707 usually does throw orange though I've grown cream on it. There aren't many 707s left now. So hit Deb & Randy up now.

How has this thread gone this far without the 842 Eaton? Most of those are ornage & heavy OTT (except the 1446 LOL).

my 1011.4 lber off the Rose 1370 was a nice orange color and went about 7.8% heavy.

Anyone have any info on Jack's 1205 off the 1180 Daletas? I've seen pictures and it was definitely a beautiful pumpkin....but how much OTC was it?

Any info is greatly appreciated!
