I made the mistake of starting my seeds in a plastic flat plug tray. The plants wouldn't come out and I had to push up on the bottoms to get the plug out. Many of the roots broke off. I transplanted them anyway. Will my plants suffer from the root abuse?

It will slow them down a little, they will sprout new roots from the stems id you bury them a little bit.

Thanks Wilbur. It's been about a week now and the plants look really good. I guess a few broken roots don't hold back tomato's too much. :)
