im finally seeing megablooms up to 8 ,out of 30 big zacs plants lol!!! hows everyone comeing along ???

i think i had one, but i dont think it took, looks all dead and dried up. what should i have done? Not sure about aiding in pollination, cover? shake?

try not to fertilize during polination ,i lay off ferts for a week or two to let alot of fruit set usually mid june ,cause by july its too hot!!! have u peeled back the flower and looked to see if theres a mater hideing !!!! i had a few blossoms look dead and dried up touched them and the leaves fell away like dust but had a mater lol ,sometimes its the luck of the draw !!! hope this helps remember most tomatos dont polinate above 85 degrese!!! pizza

Well Pete, I just checked, peeled back the dying pedals and there is one ugly looking 4 or 5 lobe little green thing in there.. im gonna snap a pict, and post it. have a look when it gets there.

maybe it will work out u never no, i found that out after i snapped off 2 blooms that i thought were dried and dead lol will take a look at pic !!! pizza

sweet 1 i just saw your pic nice megabloom it definetly polinated ,i would not touch it anymore just leave it be and dont get it wet!!!!! most of what u see thats black should fall off, last year i thought my plants did not polinate but learned they are yellow then turn nasty brown and dry up then fall off and a week later look out the most ugly mater u will ever see lol goodluck pizza

Cool, thanks. Dont get it wet!! LOL it rained all night long, I guess i'll blow it off a little and try to cover it, more on and off rain in the forcast, Thanks
