            | PA_J | Allentown, PA | Big Bear,
Yes, but I didn't want to be the first to say that.

I agree, at 23 inches in diameter your right at 4.50 lbs.

19 3/4 inches will place you at just under three pounds.

            | SEAMSFASTER | East Carbon, Utah | Unless it's got wounds or is splitting, I say wait another 3-4 days to pic it. As a general rule, ripe tomatoes have a higher density than do green tomatoes. But pick it before it's fully ripe, or it might start to shrink a bit.
Taking a single measurement works well if the tomato has a "nice" shape to it. But if it's significantly flattened, deeply lobed, or has hollow seed locules, you might be in for a surprise. Last year my biggest tomato was 23.1" but weighed less than 3.5 lbs.

If you were growing Rebecca Sebastian's Bull Bag, a blunt heart shaped variety, 19-3/4" could very well put it at > 5 lbs.

So fruit geometry can make a big difference. See more discussion at:

            | PA_J | Allentown, PA | Seamfaster has it correct.
My 4.00 LB Mega Marv has some deep ribbing, and, as a result the 23 2/8 inch diameter which according to the estimation charts would place me near 4.50 lbs but it just got me to 4.00 LBS so there is definitely quite a bit of variance due to tomato shape.
