cant find the info regarding weighing a early tomato, found the rules but the form i need to fill in

Westham,

Here is the form you need to fill out. It requires a witness so what I did last season was to print it, fill it out, then when the form was properly completed I scanned it as a file and e-mailed it to the proper person from the GPC.
